We’ve been teaching improv for 10+ years. Our unique style is called IMPROVactive and we are here to help you master the principles of improv for stage and everyday life.
Acting is being. Our classes teach you to take the pretend out of your performances and make them real. Whether its stage or film acting you’re doing, we’re here to help.
From time to time, we offer workshops for the business community that allows you to expand your mindset by applying improv principles to your everyday job.
Agreement may be the first thing taught in improv classes, but it’s not the most important thing learned. Studying improv not only helps prepare you for the stage, but it also helps you in your everyday life as well.

7 Day - In House Classes: Students may receive a full refund or a future class credit up to 7 days before your class start date. This applies to any in-house classes taught directly by Bay Cities Improv Company. Credit Card fees are non-refundable at any time and won’t be included in refunds.
30 Day - Workshops: Attendees may receive refunds up to 30 days before your event start date. This applies to any workshops or seminars hosted by Bay Cities Improv Company in which a guest instructor is brought in to teach. Credit Card fees are non-refundable at any time and won’t be included in refunds.
Any cancellations/no-shows after that will result in forfeiture of payment and no credit will be issued. After three months your credit will expire.
