As Colonel Cobb orchestrates the grand opening gala of his funeral parlor-turned-music hall, he spares no expense in ensuring that the event is nothing short of spectacular. Knowing that the success of the night hinges on the performance of a lifetime, he pulls strings to secure the talents of none other than Shug, the world's greatest country music singer. But Colonel Cobb's masterstroke doesn't end there. In a stroke of genius, he also recruits Jackson Reed, a renowned lead guitarist, to accompany Shug's performance.
But when a fiery mishap threatens to derail the grand opening gala, Cobb orchestrates a last-minute relocation to an unexpected venue—the Perdido Queen Riverboat!
Yet, amidst the dazzle of the event, whispers abound regarding the origins of the fire. Was it a deliberate act of sabotage? Suspicion falls upon the ill-fated lead guitarist, Jackson Reed, whose actions are rumored to have sparked the chaos.
But when you play with fire… someone dies!

We believe there may be a couple more, but we’ve identified the following suspicious characters:
Colonel Cornelius Cobb - has an innate gift for promotion and publicity, always seeking out the next big spectacle to draw crowds. With his gift of gab, he can sell even the most outlandish ideas with convincing sincerity.
Despite his knack for spectacle and entertainment, Cobb is also a shrewd businessman, constantly seeking opportunities to expand his empire and increase his wealth. His ambition is matched only by his creativity, as he is always willing to take risks and push the boundaries of what is considered acceptable entertainment.
Shug - possesses a sharp wit and quick sense of humor, often delivering clever quips and one-liners with impeccable timing. Shug should be a national country music singing treasure… but seems to be stuck in Murder Creek under the careful eye of Colonel Cobb.
Jordan Blue - A towering figure in the world of talent representation, renowned for his keen intellect, strategic acumen, and unwavering dedication to his clients. With a commanding presence and sharp wit, Blue exudes confidence and authority, effortlessly navigating the complex landscape of Hollywood with finesse.
As a managing partner at StarForge Talent Management (SFTM), Blue is a master dealmaker, known for his ability to negotiate lucrative contracts and forge groundbreaking partnerships that elevate his clients to new heights of success. He possesses an innate understanding of the entertainment industry, coupled with a shrewd business sense that has earned him the respect and admiration of peers and clients alike.
Grace Garland - is a character of tragic grandeur, a haunting figure embodying faded glamour and delusional obsession. Physically, Grace is a relic of Hollywood's bygone era, her once-magnificent beauty now veiled by layers of theatrical makeup and clinging to past glories with elaborate costumes that seem out of place in the contemporary world. Her mannerisms are both regal and fragile, hinting at the fragility of her psyche beneath the facade of stardom.
