  • 7 Day - In House Classes: Students may receive a full refund or a future class credit up to 7 days before your class start date. This applies to any in-house classes taught directly by Bay Cities Improv Company. Credit Card fees are non-refundable at any time and won’t be included in refunds.

    30 Day - Workshops: Attendees may receive refunds up to 30 days before your event start date. This applies to any workshops or seminars hosted by Bay Cities Improv Company in which a guest instructor is brought in to teach. Credit Card fees are non-refundable at any time and won’t be included in refunds.

    Any cancellations/no-shows after that will result in forfeiture of payment and no credit will be issued. After three months your credit will expire..
