Missing a Photo?

We hope not… but sometimes it happens.

Our Goal

You should expect to receive your photo within 24 hours after your cruise or show ends. If you have not received it within that time-frame, we ask that you take the following steps to ensure that we can provide you with the correct photo as quickly as possible:

  1. Check your spam folder on the email that you provided. Search for an email from Jon@BayCitiesImprov.com.

  2. If you find it, enable images to be displayed in that email and enjoy… there is nothing else that you need to do. (Well, maybe share it with family and friends and tell them what an awesome time you had!)

  3. If you didn’t find it, submit the form below and we’ll resend it. Sometimes we make a mistake in translating email addresses or a photo pass gets lost or not turned in..
